Sydney Morning Herald food writer Barbara Sweeney is bringing her knowledge and experience to a workshop which will help you improve your writing, learn how to find the story, avoid food clichés and identify different
food writing styles. It is a practical workshop so bring your pen and notebook.
Photographer Anthea Williamson is adding 2 hours of tuition in the the basics of food photography to the mix (iphones are OK).
The workshop includes:
- All day class with Barbara Sweeney and Anthea Williamson
- Private Vaucluse House kitchen and kitchen garden tour
- Comprehensive notes.
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea provided using local artisan producers.
